Refund and Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions

Items are shipped UPS, or USPS. If you are not happy with the parts, or accessories you receive, you may return them in new condition within 30 days for a refund. Optics, tools and sight tools are not returnable. Acceptable returns must be in unused/untested/new condition with undamaged, unopened manufacturers original packaging including all included labels, instructions, inserts etc.. Product must be resalable. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Please contact the manufacturer if warranty repair is needed.

We do not ship outside the 50 United States. We do not allow freight forwarding due to ITAR regulations. Orders canceled due to ITAR violations, or if we suspect a violation, we will cancel your order charge you a 10% restocking fee.

If you place an order using our web-site or by phone with one of our associates and the order is canceled for any reason, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you order magazines that are restricted in your area, we will cancel the order and charge you a 10% restocking fee. Please be sure your order is correct and complete prior to submitting it. We cannot change, amend, cancel, add or combine accessory orders once they are submitted. We ship fast! By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.

You alone are responsible for knowing, following and abiding by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to product and services sold by Halcyon Defense.

Once your order is submitted, we cannot make changes to that order, so please verify that your order is complete and correct prior to submitting it. Shipping charges will not be refunded for customer errors.

Carrying and/or using a firearm submits you to certain risks, therefore proper firearms safety training should be sought. Never handle or use any firearm without first being trained in the proper use and function of that firearm. Correct fit, function and use of any of our products should be determined by a qualified person. Halcyon Defense assumes no liability from any damages that result directly or indirectly from or while using any of our products.

States with applied magazine restrictions:

California – no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Colorado – no magazines greater than 15 rounds

Connecticut – no magazines greater than 10 rounds (larger with a valid permit.)

Delaware – no magazines greater than 17 rounds.

Hawaii – no pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds

Illinois –

No pistol magazines greater than 15 rounds

No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds

Chicago, Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood & Oak Park- no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Maryland – no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Massachusetts – no pistol or rifle magazines over 10 rounds and no detachable shotgun magazines over 5 rounds

New Jersey – no magazines greater than 10 rounds

New York – no pistol or rifle magazines over 10 rounds and no detachable shotgun magazines over 5 rounds

Rhode Island – no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Vermont – no pistol magazines over 15 rounds and no rifle or shotgun magazines over 10 rounds

Washington – no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Washington D.C. – no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 302 Alamo Road, Fredericksburg Texas 78624.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
